Great, great, great!!! Beautiful park with an interesting water fall (it is actually a hike through the rocks from the mining period). The day use is clean and well maintained. The place is gorgeous and it is worth the ride for a family lunch, trail, or just sit by the water fall and appreciate the river and view!

Total disappointment. Waste of time. Not some place where kids would enjoy. Although good place to walk your dog. Loads dog pop around. I had to be very very careful walking around. People do not pick after their dogs finish. Definitely not a good place.

Nice walking track, on a warm day you'll find people with picnics, kayaking, swimming, and playing in the Yara. Supposedly no dogs allowed but we saw 4 on leads behaving perfectly. No bins so plan to take your rubbish home with you.

Lovely place for a relaxing stroll and lots of interesting things to come across, from wildlife to old gold mines if you're up for a longer walk.

There are some nice walking tracks that are a little more rugged than made up paths. Access to the river in a number of places and public toilets. There is a canoe launching place.
